Previously we had rumours about Apple to launch two new mid-range iPhone SE with iPhone SE 2020 & iPhone SE Plus. Now one of the analyst reports reveals some of the details about the new iPhone SE Plus.
According to analyst Guo Apple will postpone its budget iPhone with large display aka iPhone SE Plus launch to early 2021. As per the rumours, the new iPhone SE Plus will sport either 5.5 or 6.1 inches full-screen display similar to iPhone 11 series. Sadly, the new iPhone SE Plus will not include FaceID which was present on the iPhone 11 series.
Further, the report claims that iPhone SE Plus will include TouchID sensor which will be a side-mounted. Yes, for the first time Apple will launch an iPhone with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. With no FaceID we can expect smaller notch when compared with iPhone 11.
The report also said that as it comes under SE series which doesn’t mean that pricing would be cheap and might cost more than expected. Apart from this nothing much about the new iPhone SE Plus is revealed.
