Previously we saw Xiaomi making the brand Redmi independent and launching a range of devices from Redmi Note 8 series to Redmi 8 series and Redmi K20 series in India. Recently Redmi India launched the budget smartphone Redmi 8 & Redmi 8A.
Now Xiaomi India CEO has just shared the first teaser which states that the Redmi has always been synonymous with POWER! This indirectly confirms that Redmi might launch the successor to Redmi 8 with Redmi 9 soon. Further, the teaser also confirms some of the features of the Redmi 9.
As per the post, the upcoming Redmi 9 might come with the power-packed phone which means larger battery, powerful processor and powerful user experience which is nothing but Android 10 on top of MIUI 11. So we can expect the Redmi 9 might arrive with 5000 mAh or even larger than that. Further, the new Redmi 9 might arrive with MediaTek Helio G70 SoC the same that is powering Realme C3.
