Sony is all set to announce some new devices for this year later today in Japan. With just a few hours left for the official announcement, we have now got the official renders along with specs of the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 II & Sony Xperia 10 II.
Yes, the official name of the upcoming Sony flagship is Sony Xperia 1 II whereas the Xperia 10 successor as Sony Xperia 10 II. Anyway, the new Sony Xperia 1 II & Sony Xperia 10 II will come with same 21:9 aspect ratio display with thinner bezels. The new Sony Xperia 1 II will sport 6.5 inches 4K HDR OLED display with 90Hz refresh rates whereas the Sony Xperia 10 II with 6.0 inches FHD+ OLED display.
The new Sony Xperia 1 II comes with SD865 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage whereas the Sony Xperia 10 II with SD665 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The new Sony Xperia 1 II features quad-rear cameras with 12MP 16mm lens with 1/2.4 inches Dual PD AF main sensor coupled with 12MP 24mm lens Dual PD AF with OIS, 70mm 12MP 1/3.4 inches with PDAF, OIS telephoto lens with 60 times per second continuous AF/AE tracking feature and 3D ToF sensor.
The Sony Xperia 10 II comes with triple rear cameras with 12MP main sensor using 26mm lens with PDAF, 8MP 52mm secondary lens and 8MP 16mm third lens with LED flash. Both the devices do feature 8MP selfie shooter. The new Sony Xperia 1 II & Sony Xperia 10 II comes with 3.5 mm audio jack, USB Type-C port, Hi-Res Audio, DSEE HX and IP65/68 rating making it dust and water-resistant. Additionally, the Sony Xperia 1 II features Stereo speaker with Dolby Atmos support with 5G support.
The new Sony Xperia 1 II also have dedicated gaming mode with DualShock 4 direct connection support, Game Enhancer and Game Elite mode.
