Previously we got the live images showing the new Galaxy S20+ 5G which look similar to previously leaked renders. We even got the camera details leaked for the new Galaxy S20. Now popular tipster has just revealed another detail for the upcoming Galaxy S20 series.
As per the post, the new Galaxy S20 series will arrive with basic 12GB LPDDR5 RAM. Yes, so basically the new Galaxy S20 series will not have 8GB RAM after all. Sadly, till date, we have not seen any Galaxy S20 series passing with 12GB RAM on benchmarks. Anyway, Samsung might surprise all with base 12GB RAM this year as we might have another variant with whopping 16GB RAM.
Further, we have now spotted the alleged Galaxy S20 Ultra passing through Geekbench. As per the listing, the new Galaxy S20 Ultra is listed as SM-G986U which is running on Android 10 out of the box. Further, the device comes with Kona aka SD865 SoC coupled with 12GB RAM.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra managed to secure a score of 923 under single-core and 3267 under multi-core test. The scores look pretty low for the device as it might be the prototype of the new Galaxy S20 Ultra.
