Previously we saw Samsung bringing the punch-hole trend to its mid-range segment starting from Galaxy A51 & Galaxy A71. We even saw brands like Xiaomi, Realme too considering punch-hole display for their upcoming smartphones with Redmi K30 & Realme X50 5G. Now we have got new leaks coming in which reveals that Sony might be the next brand to launch the punch-hole display.
As per the patent filed by Sony with WIPO reveals that the company is working on the next flagship with the punch-hole display. As per the source, the upcoming Sony device will come with the almost bezel-less display on the front. Further, the renders also show us the multi-window functionality with battery info on the left and date along with time on the top-left corner.
Further, the source also creates the new render of the upcoming Sony flagship which will use the Galaxy Note 10 series like centre punch-hole display. Sadly, we are still not sure whether the device will ever see the light of the day as its just patent for now.
