Previously we saw some or the other details were revealed for the 2020 iPhone aka iPhone 12 series. We even got to know that all of the models under iPhone 12 series will have support for 5G networks and might feature in-display Touch ID. We even got to know that Apple is also working on a compact version of iPhone 12 with just 5.4 inches display.
As per the source, Apple is planning to launch not three but four new iPhones with 6.1 inches cheapest one, 5.4 inches display, another 6.1 inches premium model and top-end with 6.7 inches display. All of them will use the new OLED panel.
The premium models of 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches will ship with triple-rear cameras with world-facing 3D sensing. It will come with top of the line specs. The device could use the new VSCEL for repairing the image by including a subject who has been accidentally cut off. Further, the premium models will come with faster 5G mmWave support.
The remaining two models with 5.4 inches and 6.1 inches will not feature 3D sensing feature and will arrive with dual rear cameras. Further, the both 5.4 inches and 6.1 inches cheapest iPhones to come with 5G support under 6GHz band. The four new iPhones will hit the market by end of next year and the iPhone SE 2 by early 2020. So Apple is going to launch five new iPhones next year.
Further, the source also claims that starting from 2021 Apple will launch two new iPhones by the first half of 2021 and remaining two by the second half.
