Google introduced the all-new Dark Mode to its system-wide UI which was almost saving some juice. But sadly, the new Dark mode doesn’t automatically change based on day or night that many of the users complained.
Now during Q&A session one of the Googler has just revealed that the company is planning to introduce the Dark mode scheduling feature in future updates. Sadly, the Googler has not revealed much about the same. Further, the new Dark Mode scheduler was present on the Android 10 early build but was removed on the final version.
During the AMA session, Chris Bares from Android Development Relation stated that requires apps to request location permissions to be accurate, and even with a valid location, the sunrise/sunset time calculations can be buggy. It is also difficult to calculate the sunrise/sunsets globally.
