Earlier we saw Xiaomi announcing the budget smartphone aka Redmi 8A to land in India first on Sept 25. We even got to know the specs details leaked via a retail box of the Redmi 8A. Today, we have finally got the pricing details leaked for the new Redmi 8A.
As per the reports, the new Redmi 8A will come in three variants with 2GB+16GB, 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB. It will be available in multiple colours with black, red, blue, pink, white, green, purple and grey. The new Redmi 8A with 2GB+16GB model will cost Rs.6499/- which is Rs.499/- higher than predecessor Redmi 7A which was priced at Rs.5999/-.
Further, the Redmi 8A with 3GB+32GB at Rs.6999/- and 4GB+64GB at Rs.8999/- in India. So the new Redmi 8A will compete with the super successful Realme C2 and Galaxy A10 & Galaxy M10 in India. The new Redmi 8A will be powered by SD439 SoC and features 12MP rear camera.
