Earlier we saw brands like Samsung and LG pushing out the Android 9 Pie update to their devices and now we have popular Chines company Xiaomi rolling out the update to its budget smartphone Redmi Y3.
As per the source, the new Android 9 Pie update is now rolling out to Redmi Y3 devices sold in India. The new Android 9 Pie update weighs around 1.4GB in size and comes with new MIUI V10.3.3 which brings a new lock for Google contacts and prevent deletion of SIM contacts from the device.
Further, it also brings the new notification panel along with a customisable lock screen clock. It also fixes the Hands-free call duration in Game Turbo along with Improved sync across multiple devices.
