Earlier we saw the US-China Trade ban for Huawei which made the company drop from US market and also got banned from working US-based companies including Google. Now we have another bad news for those waiting for the Huawei Mate 30 series.
As per the source, Google has not yet certified the new Huawei Mate 30 series models to use the licensed version of Android with Google Play Store and other Google-branded apps. Yes, if Huawei launches the device with a licensed version of Android the company may face a violation of the ban.
Further, Huawei has also confirmed that they would not launch the Huawei Mate 30 series with Google Play services in Global markets too. They also stated that the Huawei Mate 30 series has not got the Google license for Google Play services. So this might force Huawei to launch the Huawei Mate 30 series with Harmony OS.
