Earlier we saw Xiaomi launching the Redmi lineup of devices with Redmi K20 series and Redmi 7A in India. Now Xiaomi might launch the Mi series smartphone probably budget gaming smartphone in India.
Earlier yesterday we saw MediaTek announcing the first Gaming exclusive chipset with Helio G90 and now we already have the first brand to launch the first-ever device powering the same with none other than Xiaomi. Xiaomi India has now teased the first MediaTek Helio G90 powered gaming smartphone launching soon in India.
So finally we have first Xiaomi gaming smartphone launching in India first instead of China. Anyway, we expect the new gaming smartphone might impress Indian users and may be priced competitively. Sadly, we have no details about the exact model name of the device.
Anyway, the new Helio G90 comes with 2x Cortex A76 cores and 6x Cortex A56 cores which are built on 12nm process and an overall clock speed of 2.05 GHz. It comes with Arm Mali G76 3EEMC4 GPU clocked at 800 MHz for smoother gaming. The chipset can handle single 64MP sensor or Dual 24MP sensor. The new HyperEngine game technology will further provide smoother and lag-free gaming experience.
