Samsung announced the world’s first rotation triple camera phone with Samsung Galaxy A80 earlier this year. Now the Samsung Galaxy A80 has finally made its way to India. The new Samsung Galaxy A80 comes in Angel Gold, Ghost White and Phantom Black colours.
The device will go on pre-orders from July 22 and will be available to purchase from Aug 1 through all-leading offline retail outlets including Samsung e-shop and other online retailers. The launch offers include flat 5% cashback for Citi Bank Credit cardholders along with one-time free screen replacement for those who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy A80.
The Galaxy A80 is available in three colours: Angel Gold, Ghost White, and Phantom Black. Currently, we are still not sure about pricing and availability for the new Samsung Galaxy A80. The new Samsung Galaxy A80 comes with metal and 3D Glass back with glossy finish gives its premium look and feel.
It measures 9.3 mm thick due to the slider mechanism and weighs around 193 grams. The new Samsung Galaxy A80 sports 6.7 inches FHD+ Super AMOLED New Infinity display with a resolution of 1080×2400p. It is powered by a latest SD730G Octa-core processor with Dual 2.2GHz + Hexa 1.7GHz coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It doesn’t have a microSD card slot.
The new Samsung Galaxy A80 comes with an innovative slider plus rotating triple camera which acts as both selfies as well as the rear camera. It features 48MP main sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 coupled with Ultra-Wide sensor of 8MP with an aperture of f/2.2 having an angle of 123 degrees along with 3D ToF sensor. and LED flash.
The Samsung Galaxy A80 comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and packs 3700 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. It runs on Android 9 Pie with Samsung One UI on top. The device comes with Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack, NFC, A-GPS, and GLONASS.
