Realme the sub-brand of Oppo has now started rolling out the new Android 9 Pie to its budget smartphone Realme 2 which was launched last year. Earlier Realme started pushing out the update to Realme 2 Pro and now its time for Realme 2.
As expected Realme has finally started rolling out the Android 9 Pie update to Realme 2 in India. The Android 9 Pie update weighs around 2GB in size and brings the new Color OS 6.0 on board. It comes with a build number of RMX1805EX_11_A.54 and will bring notification icons on the status bar.
Further, the update also comes with the June 2019 Android security patch along with the update. The update also offers new swipe or gesture-based navigation system on Realme 2. We can expect the Realme C1 will be the next to receive the Android 9 Pie update.
