Samsung finally launches its two new fitness trackers in India with Galaxy Fit e and Galaxy Fit. The new Galaxy Fit e and Galaxy Fit will go on sale via Flipkart, Myntra, Samsung Online shop and Samsung Opera House. The new Samsung Galaxy Fit e will go on sale from July 5 whereas the Galaxy Fit from June 25.
As per the listing, the new Galaxy Fit e is cheapest of all with 0.74-inch monochrome PMOLED display. It is powered by Cortex M0 processor with 128KB RAM and 5MB storage space. The Galaxy Fit e only used to display a notification without any option to respond to them. The other features include automatic motion detection, sleep analysis and heart rate tracking.
The Galaxy Fit e comes with 70 mAh battery and lasts for 10 days on a single charge as per Samsung. It is lighter with just 15 grams and comes with MIL-STD-810G durability and Bluetooth 5.0 support.
The second device with Galaxy Fit sports 0.95-inch full-colour AMOLED screen. It is powered by the Cortex M33F SoC with 2MB RAM and 32MB storage. The Galaxy Fit comes with an option to respond to the notification directly from the band along with other features like automatic motion detection, sleep analysis and heart rate tracking.
The Galaxy Fit comes with a larger 120 mAh battery that lasts for 7 days on a single charge. It weighs 23 grams and comes with MIL-STD-810G durability and Bluetooth 5.0 support. Both the Galaxy Fit-e & Galaxy Fit runs on custom OS with Realtime OS out of the box.
Galaxy Fit e is priced at 2590 whereas the Galaxy Fit at Rs.9990/-. The Gear Fit-e will come in White, Black, and Yellow while the Gear Fit will come in two colours with Black and Silver.
