Earlier we had got few rumours about LG planning to take on Samsung Galaxy M series and another Chinese smartphone on the mid-range segment with its budget offering. Now Amazon India listing just confirms all the previous leaks about the upcoming mid-range phone from LG.
As per the listing, the upcoming cheaper LG mid-range phone will come under the new LG W series which will be an online exclusive smartphone and might cost lesser. The listing also shows that the new LG W-series phone to feature glossy gradient back with triple rear cameras aligned vertically along with LED flash. It will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The first device under the LG W series will sport a waterdrop display. The rear camera of the LG W series will come with AI support along with Portrait and Bokeh modes, Night Mode for low-light photography. Sadly, still, we are no details about the specs of the device. LG might launch the new LG W series for starting price of Rs.10000 in India.
