Earlier yesterday Huawei claimed that they are ready to do 100% refund to all buyers outside China if the Google or Facebook app doesn’t work after August 2019. Now the company has revealed the list of devices eligible for the new Huawei Google app refund program.
As per the source, the devices supporting the Huawei Google app refund program includes Huawei P30 Pro, Huawei P30, Huawei P30 Lite, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, Huawei Mate 20, Huawei Mate 20 RS, Huawei P20 Pro, Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Lite, Huawei Nova 3, Huawei Nova 3i, Huawei Nova 2 Lite, Huawei Y Max, Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 , Huawei Y9 2019, Huawei Y7 Pro 2019, Huawei Y6 Pro 2019, Huawei Y6 2018, Huawei Y5 2019, Huawei Y5 Lite 2018, Huawei M5 Lite 10, Huawei M5 Lite 8, Huawei M3 Lite 8, Huawei T5 10, and Huawei T3 7.
Apart from these, the program is also applicable to other Huawei device that is purchased between June 15 to Aug 31, 2019, only. Further, the refund program is applicable only if the device is bought within 2 years from Trump embargo.
Sadly, the Huawei Google app refund program is currently exclusive to the Philippines and we expect the company might expand to other countries too in coming weeks. Anyway, sadly there is no details about Honor devices at the moment.
