Earlier Xiaomi teased about the new 48MP camera phone which will be launching soon after the success of the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Now the company has officially announced the name along with launch date on Twitter.
As per the post, Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi has shared an image of the earth where we can see the watermark with 48MP Dual rear cameras. Further, the company has revealed the name of the new 48MP camera phone with Redmi Note 7S. The new Redmi Note 7S is scheduled for May 20 launch. Further, Flipkart has now listed the new Redmi Note 7S on their website.
So we can confirm that the new Redmi Note 7S will be exclusive to Flipkart and the listing teases that the device will feature a great pair of cameras. It will also shoot good shots even during low-lighting conditions.
This is the first time in the history of Note series Redmi is going to launch a successor to Redmi Note 7 Pro. We are still not sure about the specs of the device but we expect it to be the Chinese variant of Redmi Note 7 which arrived with Samsung 48MP sensor.
