Earlier we got the first render showing the alleged Redmi flagship with the name Redmi X which became the talk of the town. We also got the renders showing the Mi 9 like triple rear cameras with the pop-up selfie camera. Now there is a twist in the tale as Redmi GM confirms the Redmi X, not the official name.
As per the post on Weibo, Redmi GM shared that Redmi flagship is in works but will not be called the Redmi X as it will come with a better name. So this gives an end to confusion as Oppo’s Realme too planning to launch the Realme X in China and Redmi X by Xiaomi.
Anyway, finally, we have to wait for the official announcement of the first-ever Redmi flagship powered by SD855 SoC. The new Redmi flagship is expected to come with triple rear cameras.
