Nokia 4.2

In MWC 2019 Nokia announced the budget phone Nokia 4.2 along with Nokia 9 Pureview. Today Nokia has finally launched the budget phone Nokia 4.2 in India. The new Nokia 4.2 comes in Black and Pink Sand colours and is priced at Rs.10,990/-. The Nokia 4.2 is already up on sale via Nokia.com whereas the device will be available to select retail outlets starting from May 21 across India.

The launch offers include flat Rs.500/- off if purchased through Nokia.com/phone by applying code LAUNCHOFFER, free screen replacement worth Rs.3500/- within first six months of purchase, 10% cashback for HDFC Debit/Credit card users and Vodafone/Idea users will get flat Rs.2500/- cashback in the form of coupons worth Rs.50/- each.

The next device on the list is the all new Nokia 4.2 which is the new series launched by Nokia today. The new Nokia 4.2 looks exactly similar to Nokia 3.2 in terms of design and comes in two colors with Black and Pink Sand. It measures 8.39 mm thick and weighs around 161 grams.

The new Nokia 4.2 sports the new 5.71 inches HD+ a-Si TFT LCD with selfie notch display. It comes with a 2.5D curved display on top and has a resolution of 720×1520. The new Nokia 4.2  is powered by the new SD439 SoC coupled with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB internal storage. It also has the microSD card slot.

The new Nokia 4.2 comes with weird Notification LED located on the Power button placed on the right of the device and dedicated Google Assistant button on the left. The new Nokia 4.2 features Dual rear cameras with a 13MP primary camera with an aperture of f/2.2, 1.12µm with flash along with 2MP secondary sensor with FF, f/2.2, 1.75µm with 2 Phase Detection. It features 8MP FF selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0, 1.12µm. It also doubles up as Face Unlock.

The connectivity option includes Dual SIM With 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, micro USB port, fingerprint scanner, FM Radio, and 3.5 mm audio jack. The new Nokia 4.2 packs 3000 mAh battery and runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box.
