Earlier we had few rumours about the next M-series smartphone from Samsung which was expected to launch in May which didn’t happen. We also got a few details about the new Galaxy M40 and will come with a premium price tag.
Now as per reports, Samsung is planning to launch the new Samsung Galaxy M40 on June 11. The new Samsung Galaxy M40 will come in multiple colours with Black, Blue, and Orange. It will sport 6.3 inches AMOLED FHD+ display with Optical in-display fingerprint scanner. The new Samsung Galaxy M40 is powered by SD675 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and runs on Android 9 Pie.
The new Samsung Galaxy M40 will again pack same 5000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Further, the device will no longer have physical earpiece and sound will emit from the display similar to screen sound casting technology. It will just have a USB Type-C port and will not come with 3.5 mm audio jack. The new Samsung Galaxy M40 will look similar to Galaxy A60.
