Earlier this week we saw OnePlus launching the new OnePlus 7 & OnePlus 7 Pro. Now Asus has taken a jibe at the OnePlus by putting up a new teaser to its upcoming Asus Zenfone 6 which confirms one of the features of the device.
As per the teaser, Asus directly mentions that the new Asus Zenfone 6 will feature larger 5000 mAh battery which is greater than the OnePlus 7 3700 mAh battery. Do note that Asus has not mentioned the OnePlus 7 Pro here so we can expect the new Asus Zenfone 6Â will be launched at the similar price point.
So we can expect that the new Asus Zenfone 6 might become the cheapest SD855 SoC powered device after OnePlus 7. Anyway, we also got the first set of renders showing the new Asus Zenfone 6 sporting all-display front without any notch and will feature just dual rear camera which doubles up as selfie camera.
As per the source, the new Asus Zenfone 6 will be the next device to feature a similar sliding-cum rotating mechanism as the recently launched Galaxy A80. The main sensor on the Asus Zenfone 6 is of 48MP along with 13MP secondary and will also act as the selfie shooter. Sadly, the device still comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
