Earlier we saw many leaks and rumours popping out which confirmed that the new Asus Zenfone 6 will arrive with the all-display front. Now Asus has officially unveiled the new Asus Zenfone 6 with rotating dual cameras in Spain. ASUS Zenfone 6 comes in Midnight Black and Twilight Silver colours.
ASUS Zenfone 6 with 6GB+64GB at 499 Euros (Rs.39,200/-), 6GB+128GB at 559 Euro (Rs.43,800/-) and 8GB+256GB at 599 Euros (Rs.47,000/-). The ASUS Zenfone 6 is already up on pre-orders in Europe and will start shipping from May 25.
After OnePlus launching its first ever pop-up selfie flagship the OnePlus 7 Pro we now have Asus jumping into all-display solution with ASUS Zenfone 6 featuring flip-up cameras. The new ASUS Zenfone 6 flip-up camera is made out of liquid metal which is lighter than steel and is 4X stronger and will automatically close once dropped. Further, Asus has tested it with up to 100,000 flips. It measures 9.2 mm thick and weighs around 190 grams.
ASUS Zenfone 6 is made out of 6000 series Aluminium frame along with 3D Corning Gorilla Glass back which protects the device from scratches. ASUS Zenfone 6 sports 6.46 inches FHD+ NanoEdge IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 with HDR 10 support. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6 on top.
ASUS Zenfone 6 is powered by SD855 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage variants. It also features a dedicated microSD card slot. ASUS Zenfone 6 features a dual flip camera on the back which also doubles up as selfie shooter. The ASUS Zenfone 6 features 48MP primary Sony IMX586 sensor with an aperture of f/1.79, 0.8μm pixel size along with 13MP secondary 125 degrees ultra-wide sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, EIS, Laser AF and Dual LED flash.
The new ASUS Zenfone 6 comes with Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, FM Radio, USB Type-C port and 3.5 mm audio jack. It also features 5-magnet stereo speaker, Dual NXP TFA9874 smart amp and dual microphones.
The new ASUS Zenfone 6 packs 5000 mAh battery with Qualcomm QC 4.0 support. It runs on Android 9 Pie with Zen UI 6.0 on top.
