Earlier we saw various leaks and rumours about the Redmi planning for flagship phone this year. Later Redmi GM Lu Weibing confirmed that they are working on it but will not launch anytime sooner. Now Lu Weibing has just confirmed some of the features for the upcoming Redmi flagship.
As per the post on Weibo, Lu Weibing confirmed that the upcoming SD855 flagship will arrive with support for wireless charging and NFC. Further, he also told that there will be very thinner bezels on the Redmi flagship. At last, he also confirmed that the Redmi flagship will be the cheapest SD855 SoC powered smartphone.
Earlier Lu Weibing confirmed that Redmi flagship will retain the 3.5 mm audio jack and will come with triple rear cameras. We also got rumours about Redmi flagship might opt for pop-up selfie cameras.
