Earlier we had few reports which claimed that Apple will follow the same this year with three new iPhones. We also got the new renders showing the increase in camera sensors when compared with previous leaks. Now we have a few reports claiming that Apple is planning to launch not three but five new iPhones.
As per the source, the 2019 iPhone lineup will feature USB Type-C port, triple and Dual camera iPhones, and one with an OLED display. Further, the report claims that successor to iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will arrive with 6.1-inch and 6.5-inch OLED display. The iPhone XS successor is likely to be 0.15 mm thicker than the predecessor whereas now the camera bump has been considerably reduced to 0.5mm.
Whereas iPhone XS Max will be 0.4 mm thicker than the predecessor and will also reduce the camera bump by 0.25mm. The report also claims that this time new iPhones will ship with larger battery size and will arrive with triple-rear cameras. Apple will also add two special models of iPhone with 6.1 inches and 6.5 inches OLED display and will arrive with triple rear camera with the third sensor will be 3D ToF.
The new iPhone XS and XS Max successor to be using the new Apple A13 SoC and come with two-way wireless and fast charging. It will also feature a new underwater mode so that one can use the iPhone while swimming. Further, Apple will bundle the new 18W USB Type-C fast charger within the package.
