Earlier we got various rumours about the new Asus Zenfone 6 to arrive with all-display front along with the pop-up camera. Now Asus is likely working on dual-slider based 5G smartphone as we got few live images along with renders leaked by popular tipster Evan Blass.
As per the source, the new dual-slider 5G smartphone was designed by one who made the Zenfone 5 and this might be the upcoming Zenfone 6. Anyway, as per the render, we can see the top slider carries Dual selfie sensor which is having 120-degrees wide-angle lens. The bottom slider comes with front firing Harman Kardon speaker. The device will arrive with the in-display fingerprint scanner. It features Dual rear cameras.
We also got another renders showing similar dual slider mechanism but with a slightly different design. The top slider does come with Dual selfie cameras whereas the bottom slider does carry the virtual controls and buttons.
Once the camera app is launched the bottom slider shows the app-specific virtual buttons like shutter key, etc. Sadly, the second render carries rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and features Dual rear cameras. Anyway, we are still not sure whether Asus will ever launch these devices and do note that both of them support 5G networks.
