Earlier XDA Developers just leaked few details about the upcoming Android One devices with Xiaomi Mi A3 & Mi A3 Lite. Now the same source has managed to get few details about the future devices as the unannounced Redmi Y3.
As per the source, the new Redmi Y3 will be re-branded as Redmi 7 Pro. If you remember Redmi launched the Redmi 6 Pro in China and India whereas for Global markets it rebranded as Mi A2 Lite. Now Xiaomi is planning to probably re-brand the upcoming Redmi Y3 as Redmi 7 Pro in some markets as XDA developers claim that Redmi Y3 and Redmi 7 has almost had the same model number with M1810F6G whereas the latter comes with M1810F6LG.
Further, the Redmi Y3 comes with the codename onc_global. Anyway, further digging in Redmi 7 Chinese variant comes with M1810F6LG, whereas the Indian with M1810F6LH and Global variant as M1810F6LI. Seems like Redmi Y3 will be rebranded as Redmi 7 Pro.
