Earlier Sony unveiled the all-new Xperia lineup with Sony Xperia 1, Xperia 10 & Xperia 10 Plus. Later we sad few rumors about Sony planning to introduce back the Compact lineup with Xperia 4 along with Sony Xperia 10 Ultra. Now we have got the detailed specs along with launch date for the second flagship of 2019 with Xperia 2.
We are still waiting for the Sony Xperia 1 launch in India and we already have rumors and leaks about the successor with Xperia 2. As per the source, the new Sony Xperia 2 will sport 6.2 inches downgraded screen with a resolution of 2880 x 1234p probably WQHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 21:9.
The new Sony Xperia 2 will arrive with the same SD855 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It will feature triple rear camera setup but with a different setup and will not have 3.5 mm audio jack. The new Sony Xperia 2 will disappoint with lower 3000 mAh battery and might arrive with Wireless charging tech.
The new Sony Xperia 2 will make its debut at the IFA 2019 event held in Berlin in late September this year. The Xperia 2 will be slim at 8.1 mm.
