Earlier we had few rumors about Honor working on budget triple camera smartphone with Honor 10i. Now Huawei sub-brand has quietly launched the new Honor 10i in Russia. Sadly, Honor has not yet revealed the pricing and availability details but listed as coming soon on their official website. The Honor 10i comes in three colors with Shimmer Red, Shimmer Blue, and Vicious Black.
The new Honor 10i looks almost similar to Honor 10 Lite in terms of design and comes with 3D Gradient glass back which gives premium looks to the device. It measures 7.95 mm thick and weighs around 164 grams. The new Honor 10i sports 6.21 inches waterdrop FHD+ display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080p.
The new Honor 10i is powered by the Kirin 710 SoC same one found on the Honor 10 Lite coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It also comes with a microSD card slot. The new Honor 10i also features new GPU Turbo 2.0 support.
The Honor 10i features triple rear cameras with a 24MP primary sensor having an aperture of f/1.8 coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide angle secondary sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 along with 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash. On the front, we have 32MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G and Dual VoLTE support, Bluetooth 4.2, Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, FM Radio, NFC, micro USB port, 3.5 mm audio jack and rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The sad fact is that it ships with lower 3400 mAh battery and runs on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.0.1 on top.
