Earlier we saw Xiaomi officially posting the press renders of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 9 which featured gradient glass back with triple rear cameras. Today, Xiaomi has shared some more images showing the new Xiaomi Mi 9 in different colors.
As per the post on official Xiaomi page in Twitter, we can see the three new color variant of the Xiaomi Mi 9. The new colors include the Lavender Violet, Ocean Blue, and Piano Black. All the three colors feature Gradient touch which changes the colors based on lighting.
Apart from that, Xiaomi has also leaked the renders showing the Mi 9 with camera specs. As per the tweet, the new Mi 9 will feature triple rear cameras with 48MP main Sony IMX 586 sensor with an aperture of f/1.75 coupled with a 12MP Telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and 16MP Wide angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2.
Further, the camera is protected with Sapphire crystal glass for protection. The device also comes with Laser AF and closed-loop VCM for faster-focusing speed. Further, the Xiaomi Mi 9 display will be protected by latest Corning Gorilla Glass 6 and will be using the Samsung AMOLED FHD+ Infinity-U display with 600 nits brightness.
The new Mi 9 is likely to come with 27W fast charging support. The new Mi 9 is powered by the SD855 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB storage options. The base variant of Mi 9 is priced at 2499 Yuan (Rs.26,400/-), 8GB+128GB at 2899 Yuan (Rs.30,500/-) and 8GB+256GB at 3499 Yuan (Rs.36,900/-) in China.
Further, Xiaomi also teased the new Mi 9 will feature the Optical In-display fingerprint scanner which is of 5micron meter large pixel. Seems like Xiaomi wants to reveal everything about the Mi 9 even before its launch.
Further, we have got the live images showing the retail box of the new Mi 9 along with a front view of the device. As per the source, the new Mi 9 will sport 6.39 inches AMOLED display. It will ship with 2.84 GHz clocked SD855 SoC. The device will feature the 48MP Primary sensor and will come with 20W fast charging tech.
Further, Xiaomi also teased that the new Mi 9 will come with a unique linear speaker that produces great sound with deep bass along with Loud Audio output via the Smart PA. Not just that, Xiaomi has also teased the new Gaming mode for the Mi 9.
As per the post by Lei Jun, we can see the new Mi 9 will come with Huawei GPU Turbo mode which is named as Game Turbo mode. The new Game Turbo mode will make the games to run smoothly without any lags It further improves the touch input based on users activity.
Yes, with this new feature users can set the degree of hand movement the other feature include enhancement of contrast so one can even set the brightness of the picture based on their interest in the games. The third feature of Game Turbo brings customized sound effects so that the gameplay looks real. The fourth feature Mi 9 also reduce the noise from the game background during voice calls.
Looks like Xiaomi is all set to unveil everything about the new Mi 9 ahead of official launch on Feb 20.
