Nokia finally unveiled the much-awaited Penta-cam smartphone the new Nokia 9 PureView at MWC today. The new Nokia 9 PureView will arrive in single colors with Blue and is expected to go on sale later next month. The new Nokia 9 PureView is priced at $699 (Rs.50,000/-) in the US and €599 in Europe.
The new Nokia 9 PureView look exactly similar as shown in the leaks with the unique Penta-lens arrangement on the back along with glass back and 6000 series aluminum chassis. The new Nokia 9 PureView measures 8.2 mm thick and weighs around 173 grams. The new Nokia 9 PureView sports 5.99 inches pOLED QHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top along with HDR10 support.
Nokia 9 PureView is powered by the outdated SD845 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. it also comes with microSD card slot. The Nokia 9 PureView comes with unique 5 cameras on the back with three sensors are a monochrome sensor of 12MP each with an aperture of f/1.8 and remaining two 12MP RGB sensors with an aperture of f/1.8 along with Xenon LED flash.
The Nokia 9 PureView uses the Carl Zeiss lens for all the five cameras and three monochrome sensors can capture 10 times more light than a single sensor and also provides better depth control. Due to the monochrome sensor, it also gets the new Black & White atmospheric shots. The new Nokia 9 PureView can capture images up to 240MP.
There is a 20MP selfie sensor with Face Unlock feature. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Bluetooth 5.0, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port and In-display fingerprint scanner. It is also dust and water resistant thanks to IP67 ratings. All this is packed by 3300 mAh battery with Qi Wireless charging and QC 4.0 fast charging support and runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box.
