Earlier we saw Nokia promising to update whole of their lineup to Android 9 Pie which has also fulfilled it. Now we have the second brand to follow the suite with Realme. Yes, Realme has now started replying to users that all of their launched devices will be getting the new Android 9 Pie update.
As per the tweet, we can see users asking when will the new Android 9 Pie update roll out to which Realme community replied stating that all our Realme smartphones up to date will get Android Pie update in the first half of 2019. Seems like Realme will make sure all of their devices get the new Android 9 Pie update by June 2019 which is a sweet deal.
Sadly, we are still not sure about the exact date or timeline for the Android 9 Pie update. Anyway, further Realme CEO Madhav has shared the timeline for the new features rolling out this month to some of the Realme smartphones. As per the tweet, the Realme 1 will receive the Feb edition Android Security patch by end of Feb along with that it will also get Bootloader to unlock function and Reboot feature added.
