After Samsung announced the first foldable phone with Galaxy Fold this week, we have another foldable smartphone all set to launch at MWC 2019 with the new Huawei Mate X. After a series of leaks and rumors about the new foldable smartphone from Huawei we finally got the first glimpse of the device.
As per the source, they have spotted huge poster showing the new Huawei Mate X at the MWC 2019, Barcelona. Further, it has tagline meet the world’s first foldable 5G phone. Sadly, we still don’t have any details about the specs and pricing of the device.
The post shows the new Huawei Mate X which features just a single display which when folded turns into Dual display. Once the folded one can use it regular smartphone mode with one screen at the front and other at the back with curved edges. One great thing about the device is there is no notch nor any cameras on the screen as per the poster.
The new Huawei Mate X comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and might feature Mate 20 like triple rear cameras which don’t show on the leaked image. When unfolded we will get the huge tablet-like experience with the camera modules shifted to the back.
