Apple iPad Mini 5

Earlier we had a series of rumors and leaks for the new iPad 2019 along with iPad Mini 5. We also got few live images showing the iPad Mini 5 has the same old design language without Touch ID nor FaceID support. Now developer Steve Troughton-Smith has revealed the accessories that will support the new iPad Mini 5 and iPad 2019.

 

As per the source, the new iOS 12.2 beta build reveals that the new iPad 2019 and iPad Mini 5 will get the Apple Pencil support along with new Smart Keyboard which was exclusive to iPad Pro lineup earlier. Further, both the tablets will have slimmer bezels when compared with predecessor but will not be as slim as iPad Pro.

Further, the iOS 12.2 also reveals the code which confirms Apple to retain the physical home button which will also include the Touch ID. Sadly, both the tablets will not have Face ID support. As per various leaks, the new iPad 2019 and iPad Mini 5 might launch sometime in March this year.
