Sony well-known Japanese brand is known for its camera sensors for both Mobile and DSLR. Earlier we had got few leaks about Sony working on a new camera sensor with A6700 & A7000. Today we have got the complete specs leaked for the upcoming Sony IMX 510 sensor.
As per the source, the new Sony IMX 510 is stack with DRAM through TSV that helps to capture great pictures under Sport and Bird photography. The new Sony IMX 510 also comes with a 32MP sensor which is far more than predecessor that shipped with 24MP.
The strange fact is that the pixel count has reached 40MP probably due to the 1/4 larger frame than APS-C. As per the source, the new Sony IMX 510 will be used on new A7000 sensor and is likely to be announced by end of this month.
