Earlier we got various leaks and rumors showing the new Sony Xperia XZ4 which is likely to sport the new 21:9 aspect ratio display. Earlier we even had various rumors claiming that Sony Xperia XZ4 will make MWC 2019 debut.
Now Digital Trends interview with Sony VP Don Mesa, in the CES2019 said that will mark the first step in the new direction of Sony mobile phones”. Further, he revealed that Sony might stop making a signature device like Compact series so sadly we will no longer see the new Sony Xperia XZ4 Compact this year.
Further, the Sony VP revealed that Sony will launch a limited number of devices this year with first being launched in MWC 2019 and next set of devices will make its debut at IFA. Further, he also warned not to expect drastic changes in the design of the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ4. So we can expect that the Sony Xperia XZ4 will ship with slimmer bezels.
