Earlier we got the battery along with display size details leaked for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 series. Samsung also shared the launch date of the much-awaited flagship Samsung Galaxy S10. Now we have a few more details popping up for the new Samsung Galaxy S10 series.

Samsung 8GB LPDDR5 RAM

As per popular tipster, the new Samsung Galaxy S10 series might ship with latest RAM standards with LPDDR5 RAM. Samsung announced the world’s first LPDDR5 RAM earlier last year which are 1.5x faster and 30% more power efficient than the LPDDR4 memory chips.

The new LPDDR5 can deliver speeds up to 6400 MBPS which might further boost the AI-powered apps to run quickly. Further, another tipster OnLeaks revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S10+ might become the thinnest flagship from Samsung to date. As per the source, the Samsung Galaxy S10+ will measure 7.79 mm thick inspite of having a larger battery.

Whereas the Samsung Galaxy S10 E will measure 7.94 mm thick and Samsung Galaxy S10 will measure 7.85 mm thick. Further, one of the tipsters has now revealed the storage configuration for the Samsung Galaxy S10 series.

As per the source, the cheapest model with Samsung Galaxy S10 E will have just single variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option. The base model with Samsung Galaxy S10 will arrive with 6GB RAM with 128GB/256GB storage option whereas the top-end Samsung Galaxy S10+ will have 8GB RAM and 512GB storage option.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G variant will arrive with 8GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage option along with whopping 1TB internal storage coupled with 12GB RAM. Further, the alleged Galaxy F is also rumored to have 12GB RAM and 1TB storage space.

Further, the tipster also revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S10 & Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite will arrive with normal and Super Wide lens. The Samsung Galaxy S10+ will have an additional telephoto lens.

As per the source, the Samsung Galaxy S10 E & Samsung Galaxy S10 will arrive with Dual rear cameras with 12MP Variable aperture lens similar to Galaxy S9+ with an f/1.5 & f/2.4 aperture along with 16MP secondary sensor with a super-wide lens having an aperture of f/1.9. The Samsung Galaxy S10+ will arrive with triple rear cameras with 12MP Variable aperture lens similar to Galaxy S9+ with an f/1.5 & f/2.4 aperture along with 16MP secondary sensor with a super-wide lens having an aperture of f/1.9 and 13MP telephoto lens with an aperture of f/2.4.

Apart from that, nothing much about the device is leaked. Samsung Galaxy S10 is all set for global launch on Feb 20.
