Earlier with brands like Samsung, Nokia, Huawei, Honor, and Xiaomi started rolling out the new Android 9 Pie update now we have another brand to enter in the list with LG. LG has now shared the list of devices getting the new Android 9 Pie update later this year.
As per the list, the LG V35 ThinQ and LG G7 ThinQ are expected to receive the Android 9 Pie update by Q1 of 2019 or the beginning of April whereas the LG V40 ThinQ, LG V30 & LG V30S by Q2 of 2019. Further, LG will start pushing out the new Android 9 Pie update to LG G6, LG Q8 (2018) and LG V20 by Q3 and remaining devices with LG Q9 and LG X by end of this year.
LG has already begun rolling out the new Android 9 Pie update to LG G7 ThinQ in a home town South Korea and we might expect LG might expand the update to other countries in coming weeks.
