Xiaomi launched the much awaited Mi A2 along with Mi A2 Lite in Spain last year. The new Mi A2 arrived with a good pair of Dual rear cameras which performed well when compared with the competition. Now we have new leaks which suggest that Xiaomi has already begun working on successor with Mi A3.
As per the source, the new Mi 8 & Mi Mix 3 Android 9 Pie update reveals new codename with orchid_sprout which is rumored to be the upcoming Android One smartphone Mi A3. The word Sprout is given to all Android One devices launched by Xiaomi in last year so we expect it to be the Mi A3.
Earlier the Mi A1 arrived with tissot_sprout whereas Mi A2 with jasmine_sprout and Mi A2 Lite with daisy_sprout. Sadly, there are no specs details leaked for the upcoming Mi A3 but will ship with NXP made NFC chip.
