ZTE sub-brand Nubia has re-entered the Indian market with new Gaming smartphone that was unveiled earlier this year in China with Nubia Red Magic. The new Nubia Red Magic was about to launch in India today but has already gone on sale via Amazon India. The new Nubia Red Magic is priced at Rs.29,999/- in India. The launch offer includes Flat 5% discount for HDFC Bank Debit/Credit card users and early buyers will get the free Red Magic Nerdz earphones.
The new Nubia RED Magic comes with all metal design with RGB LED lights on the rear of the device for notification. It features dual air convection cooling system with extra layers of Graphite for rapid cooling. The device weighs around 186 grams and is 7.5 mm thick. The new Nubia RED Magic sports 6.0 inches FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 having a resolution of 2160 x 1080p. It is protected by 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass.
The bad thing about this gaming phone is that it is powered by two-year-old SD835 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It comes with a single rear camera with 24MP having an aperture of f/1.7, EIS and LED flash and single selfie camera with 8MP with an aperture of f/2.0.
The Nubia RED Magic also comes with Dirac HD Sound and dedicated Sound Amplifier support. The device also has a special Game boost button to further improve the performance of the device. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack and fingerprint scanner.
The new Nubia RED Magic runs on Android 8.1 with a custom skin on top. It is packed by 3800 mAh battery which company claims to run PUBG for 4 hours.
