Xiaomi is all set to push the new Android 9 Pie update to its second Android One device the Mi A2. Earlier Xiaomi MiA2 had received the beta version of Android 9 Pie update and finally, Xiaomi starts pushing out the stable update.
Xiaomi will start pushing out the stable Android 9 Pie update from today to few Mi A2 devices. As it is OTA update one have to wait for the update to hit on your device. It is recommended to download the update through Wifi.
Further, Xiaomi is mum on Android 9 Pie update for Mi A1 and Mi A2 Lite which might receive the update later next year. Anyway, Mi A2 has become the Xiaomi first Android One smartphone to receive the Android 9 Pie update.
