Earlier Honor teased the new punch hole display and announced that the new Honor View 20 is all set to go official on Jan 22 in Paris. Today we have new rumors about the device might also launch in India in the same month.
As per the source, the new Honor View 20 will launch in India after the Global launch event in Paris on Jan 22. Sadly, the source doesn’t have details exact date of launch in India. Further, the source confirms that the new Honor View 20 will ship with 24MP selfie camera with hole dia of 4.5 mm which is smaller than 6.7mm on Samsung Galaxy A8s.
Further, Honor has also shared the renders showing the front view of the device. As per the post on Weibo, the new Honor View 20 aka Honor V20 will ship with new Full View Display 3.0 with a punch hole for selfie sensor.
We also spotted the alleged Honor View 20 listed on Antutu Benchmarks which reveals some of the specs of the device. As per listing, the new Honor View 20 is listed as PCT-AL10 which is powered by Kirin 980 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The device was running on Android 9 out of the box.
The Honor View 20 managed to score 291244 under Antutu which is similar to any other device having such specs. As per rumors the new Honor View 20 is expected to cost 3000 Yuan (Rs.31,350/-) in China.
