Earlier Realme CEO shared the news about company planning to increase a few of its devices after Diwali. Now after the Flipkart Diwali Sale Realme has increased the pricing for two devices with Realme C1 & Realme 2.
As per the listing on Flipkart, the new Realme C1 which launched for a price of Rs.6999/- has been increased to Rs.8000/- which is a 14% increase when compared to the previous price. The new Realme 2 which was launched for Rs.9000/- has increased to Rs.9500/- for 3GB+32GB, and Rs.11,000/- for 4GB+64GB.
The hike in pricing was made due to weaker rupee value in the international markets as the company was not able to earn huge profits. Anyway, we might see a few more brands to join if the rupee value begins to fall in the future.
