Qualcomm is all set to introduce the successor to the SD845 SoC which is being powered by major 2018 flagships with new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 later this year. Earlier we had got the details about the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 leaked. Finally, we have the first unknown device with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 hits Geekbench.
As per the listing, the chipset is listed as QUALCOMM msmnile for arm64 which is rumored to be the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150. The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 is an octa-core processor with 2+2+4 cores. When compared with recently launched Huawei Mate 20 Pro the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 tops the Geekbench listing with flying colors of whopping 10,084 multi-core test when compared with 9712 on the other.
Sadly there is not much improvement when compared with multi-core performance with SD845 SoC but has improved under a single core test with impressive 3181. Anyway, the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 will be unveiled in December 2018. As per the Geekbench, the device was coupled with 6GB RAM and was running on latest Android 9 Pie.
