Oppo has launched the new sliding cameras with Oppo Find X and is now betting high with next gen of tech the foldable smartphones. Earlier we had various patent filing leaked by Oppo which showed the foldable display tech.
Now, Chuck Wang, the Oppo Product Manager has announced that the first foldable smartphone from Oppo to launch by end of Feb 2019 i.e at MWC 2019. Further, Chuck Wang also confirmed that they will launch the first 5G smartphone by 2020 along with first display cut-out smartphone.
Anyway, we all know that Samsung is also considering to launch the first foldable smartphone by early 2019 which is the same time we also have a foldable smartphone from Huawei also scheduled for the March launch. It will be interesting to see which brand will make its way to the consumer’s hearts.
