Samsung has now launched the latest 2 in 1 with Samsung Galaxy Book 2 in the US. The new Samsung Galaxy Book 2 is the successor to original Samsung Galaxy Book which was launched in Feb 2017. The new Samsung Galaxy Book 2 is already up on pre-orders via AT&T, Samsung.com and Microsoft stores across the US. Samsung Galaxy Book 2 is priced at $999.99 (Rs.73,700/-) and will go on sale from Nov 2.
The new Samsung Galaxy Book 2 is made out of Aluminium and weighs around 794 grams. It is just 7.62 mm thick. The new Samsung Galaxy Book 2 sports 12.0 inches (2160*1440p) FHD+ SuperAMOLED touch display.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded via microSD card slot. The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 features 8MP rear camera along with 5MP selfie camera with Skype calling support.
The connectivity option includes 4G LTE with Cat.18 LTE 5CA and up to 4X4 MIMO for Gigabit speeds, VHT80 MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, Dual Band Wifi, 2x USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack and microSD card slot. It does feature fingerprint scanner along with Dual AKG speakers with built-in Dolby Atmos support.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 can last up to 20 hours on a single charge as per the company. It also supports Samsung’s Adaptive fast charging. The new Samsung Galaxy Book 2 runs on Windows 10 and comes with S-Pen & detachable keyboard support.
