So after introducing the display notch by Apple iPhone X last year, we saw the new trend followed by many brands including the tier-1 brands. Now we finally have the new display notch feature on the Samsung smartphone.
Samsung is now working on a new device which is likely to arrive with display notch. As per the listing on HTML5 Test, the Samsung device is listed as Samsung SM-G405F which is running on latest Android 9 Pie out of the box. As per the listing, the Samsung SM-G405F features the display with a resolution of 869 x 412p which nothing but 19:9 aspect ratio display.
So finally Samsung is launching the iPhone X like display notch smartphone. So the resolution is low because of the HTML5 test doesn’t reveal the exact resolution as even the Samsung Galaxy S9 sports QHD+ display it shows the resolution of 846 x 412p. So probably the upcoming Samsung SM-G405F will be the flagship smartphone with QHD+ display (3040x 1440p). Sadly, there are no specs of the device leaked at the moment.
