Oppo earlier introduced the mid-range smartphone Oppo F9 Pro with waterdrop display. Now we have the low-end variant of the original with Oppo F9 launched in India. The new Oppo F9 is priced at Rs.19,990/- and will be exclusive to Flipkart online. Oppo F9 will go on sale through all leading offline retail stores across India from Sept 15. OPPO F9 comes in Mist Black and Stellar Purple colors.
The new Oppo F9 looks exactly similar to Oppo F9 Pro in terms of overall looks and design. The Oppo F9 weighs around 169 grams and is 7.99 mm thick. The new Oppo F9 sports 6.3 inches FHD+ (2280 x 1080p) waterdrop display with an aspect ratio 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
The Oppo F9 is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via dedicated microSD card slot. The new Oppo F9 features Dual rear cameras with a 16MP primary camera having an aperture of f/1.85 and secondary 2MP camera with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie camera with Face Unlock features.
The Oppo F9 also arrives with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G & Dual VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS, GLONASS, FM Radio, 3.5 mm audio jack and micro USB port. The Oppo F9 comes with 3500 mAh battery with VOOC fast charging support. It runs on Android 8.1 with Color OS 5.2 on top.
