Earlier we had few rumors of next iPhone to be named as iPhone XS and iPhone XC for the LCD display variant. Today we have a new leak which shows the alleged iPhone XS retail box sticker which also provides the other details.
As per the source, the new iPhone with 5.8 inches display will be called as iPhone Xs and will arrive in two storage variants with 64GB and 256GB. The label also reveals the box content of the iPhone Xs. The new iPhone Xs will come with new Earpods with the lightning connector as we all know the new iPhones will no longer support .5 mm audio jack.
Earlier we had few rumors of Apple will not include the 3.5 mm to the lightning port connector which turns out to be true as Apple will no longer provide the connector free of cost. It will ship with just USB to lightning cable and Adaptor. The label also confirms that iPhone Xs will not support 5G networks and will arrive with regular LTE support along with Dual-Band Wifi.
The other connectivity options include Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and Bluetooth support. Looks like the leaked image is for the UK markets as it clearly mentions the official Apple UK website link.
Apart from that, we have another interesting teaser has arrived from popular telecom China Telecom who has started teasing the 2018 iPhone will arrive with Dual SIM support.
As per the teaser, the upcoming iPhone will have much-awaited feature Dual SIM capabilities along with Dual Standby. The teaser didn’t reveal whether all three models will arrive with Dual SIM or just a specific model at the moment.
Another leak confirms the naming of 2018 iPhones as iPhone XS for 5.8 inches OLED panel, iPhone XS Plus for 6.5 inches variant and iPhone XC for 6.1 inches LCD display model. The presentation slide also leaks the pricing of the devices in China.
As per the source, the iPhone XS 5.8 inches price will start from 7388 Yuan (Rs.78,000/-), iPhone XS Plus at 8388 Yuan (Rs.88,600/-) and iPhone XC at 5888 Yuan (Rs.62,200/-) in China. All the three iPhones will go on sale from Sept 21 in China. All the above prices are for the base variant of 64GB.
