Earlier HTC announced their interest in Blockchain technology with the first smartphone called HTC Exodus. HTC also touted the HTC Exodus to be the most secured smartphone with user-friendly interface and serves as a vault for sensitive information.
Now one of the HTC executive Philip Chen provided the info about the new HTC Exodus is all set go on sale from December this year. The device will be up on pre-orders from Oct 2018. He further stated that currently, the device is enhancing some of the security features as it is very important for a device which serves cryptocurrencies.
The HTC Exodus further will arrive with ARM developer TrustZone Technology which prevents individuals to use the certain digital wallet unless the API developed by the device maker. It will also come with Shamir secret algorithm which divides into different parts which allow users to get back the sensitive data like passwords from the stolen device or damaged device.
Sadly, we are still unaware of the specs of the device. But HTC announced that it will arrive with a built-in game called Cryptokitties game and will also come with support for VR.
