Xiaomi Mi Gaming Laptop

Xiaomi has officially launched the successor to last year Mi Notebook Pro with Mi Notebook Pro 2 and Mi Gaming Laptop in China. The new Mi Notebook Pro 2 comes in various configurations and pricing starts from 6,699 Yuan (Rs.67,200/-) and Mi Gaming laptop is priced at 8,999 Yuan (Rs.90,275/-) in China. The new Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 2 & Mi Gaming Laptop will go on sale from 16 August in China.

The new Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 2 comes with the same design as the predecessor with all metal design. Mi Gaming Laptop has a backlight keyboard with four independent color zones of thickness 1.8 mm. It also features 5 programmable keys with 30 N-Key rollovers. It also features new 3+2 copper pipes built-in cooling tech which maintains the temperature of the device.

It features the same 15.6 inches FHD IPS display with a resolution of 1920*1080p. The new Mi Gaming Laptop will come with upgraded internals with 8th gen Intel Core i7 8750H or Core i5 8300H Coffee Lake processors whereas the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 2 comes with 8th Gen Intel Core i5 8250U or Core i7 8550U processor. It is coupled with 8GB/16GB RAM along with 256GB PCIe SSD and 1TB HDD on all models.

The Xiaomi Mi Gaming Laptop & Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 2 comes with new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU or 4GB GTX 1050 Ti MaxQ GPU based on configuration. The connectivity option remains same on both devices with Dual-Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.1, 3x USB Type-C, 3x USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet port, HDMI 2.0 port and 3.5 mm audio jack.

Xiaomi Mi Gaming laptop comes in four configurations with Core i7 8750H coupled with 16GB RAM and 6GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060  along with 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD at 8999 Yuan. The other variant with the same chipset and storage but with 4GB GTX 1050 Ti MaxQ GPU and 8GB RAM at 7999 Yuan (Rs.80,250/-). The third with Intel Core i5 8300H coupled with 8GB RAM and 6GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060  along with 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD at 7499 Yuan (Rs.75,250/-) and the last model with same chipset and storage but with 4GB GTX 1050 Ti MaxQ GPU at 6699 Yuan (Rs.67,200/-).

Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 2 comes in two configurations with Core i7 8550U coupled with 16GB RAM and 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti MaxQ GPU  along with 256GB SSD at 7599 Yuan (Rs.76,230/-). The other variant with Core i5 8250U coupled with 8GB RAM and 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti MaxQ GPU along with 256GB SSD at 6299 Yuan (Rs.63,200/-).
